Effortless Cooking Guidelines for a Nutritious, Delectable Snacking Journey
Deep Frying: Once you’ve taken the ProYumz™ Spinach Fingers out of the deep freezer, position the snacks on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 45 seconds. Subsequently, heat oil in a kadhai until it is fully heated. Gently add two snack pieces at a time and extract them with a frying strainer within 10 seconds – voila, your snacks are ready to relish!
Pan Frying: For the best outcome, cook ProYumz™ Spinach Fingers on a non-stick pan. Before cooking, either leave your frozen snacks out of the freezer for 30 minutes or shift them to a microwave-safe plate and heat for 45 seconds. Brush the snacks with cooking oil (we suggest Canola or light Olive oil), and pan-fry for 30-45 seconds on each side.
Air Frying: Get your air fryer up to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil (Canola or light Olive oil is recommended) on the snacks and position them in the air fryer basket. Allow them to cook for 7-8 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Our snacks perfectly complement the ProYumz sandwich/burger sauce, enriching the overall flavor.
Note, frying beyond 10 seconds in hot oil can compromise the snack’s taste and texture. For a healthier and more delightful experience, we strongly advise using a high-quality omega-3-rich oil for frying.
